Yes, today Manuel got a CAC at a show in Denmark!

He is not officially Danish champion yet, but as soon as the paperwork is registred he will be Danish Show Champion. He became Swedish Show Champion at the Swedish Spitz Club World Champion Ship in Stockholm some months ago...he did not get the CACIB today... but that is ok, well, that is more than ok.

The main thing is that he behaved perfectly both towards humans and other dogs. The past week he has been very very stable. I think his mind is in a "resting-phase". What I mean is that the progress towards being an adult is like a graph, up and down, up and down, but steadily the median is heading linearly upwards. It is just important how we handle the the "low values". To act on "bad behaviour" but not too strongly, more being a guide, a good teacher showing him what is right and wrong.

Now he is laying in his bed, totally beat. So we will not wake him up for his evening walk. I will make the effort instead to walk early tomorrow morning if he wants to.

I am also very tired...so I think we will go for a nice long walk in the woods tomorrow. I believe it will be good for both me and Manuel.
