It had been raining during the day, but the evening brought lovely weather. We went to Revingehed. Revingehed (The Revinge moor) is a military exercise area which is kept open for grazing. The vast pastures have a savanna-like character. The soil consists of sand and gravel deposits from the former Vombsjön (lake Vomb). Cows live in heards and car-drivers need to take it easy since nothing is separating you from the animals. Cattle-grids on the ground keep the animals from leaving Revingehed.
We visited a tower for bird-watching. Manuel liked standing there, spotting people before they spotted us
