We decided to go for a picnic to Kivik. We put the GPS on "shortest distance" which means it will take us on small roads with low speed-limits. We drove wonderful countriside with woods, fields and farms. There were some cold-blooded horses close to a small village and I just had to stop and say hi.
I would like to live at Linderödsåsen (a ridge) at the very top facing south, with a huge garden and close to woods, creeks and the ocean within 10 minutes driving distance. That is possible, and not expensive - but very far from where the jobs are...
I have always dreamt of a business that was strong enough to be run from "the middle of nowhere" combined with a bed- and breakfast. Who knows? Maybe some day....
We stopped at Kivik harbour for some food (sea-food ofcourse) and as it was warm (with showers) we could sit outside. Manuel enjoyed being with us, and some birds came to see if we could spare some food. We took a walk on slippery rocks that was good excercise both for the two-legged as for the four-legged one. Then we went to the Kivik cider factory and bought cider, juice, jam and jelly
