Today we got company by Ella. Manuel looked very happy when Ella came through the door-way this morning. They are getting along just great. I walk them together and they not only accept it, I believe they like it. The only thing with Ella, is that she is more of a thief than Manuel and if not alert, there will be an Akita-girl standing on two legs towards the kitchen-sink looking for food.
Well, no wonder, she has her boring special feeding, but at least it helps her a lot. It was not a good idea giving her fresh, cooked food the other day. Not only because of the actual type of food, but of course also due to the all too sudden change of diets (naughty naughty humans - we should have known better).

Both dogs want to play, and invite each other but when coming close they still hesitate, and want me to join . But honestly I believe they are very socially skilled both of them and know how fast to proceed without being rude. /Charlotte
