Sunday the 23rd of January we went for a walk in the woods (Bokskogen) with Akita Ella (Amateraso No O-Ryu) and her two-legged human - Imelda. There were a lot of "nice scents" so we did not let them run free - the risk of the "psychological leash" would break was too high. There was still a lot of snow/ice when following the paths, but otherwise almost everything was gone.

Ella likes digging for water, but this time the ice was too thick.

Monday the 24th of January, I was "baby-sitting" Ella. She arrived in the morning in a hurry. Imelda had forgotten to bring Ella's food, and since she eats a special diet the options were to let her "starve" or to cook a similar diet that I used to cook for Kumi. Imelda said the second option was OK. It was great fun having two Akitas in the flat again and they are so great when walking in the park. We passed insecure dogs that made "attacks" and both dogs just kept on walking with me.
